Place them in a greased baking tray along with cubed potatoes and sliced carrots, drizzled with olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Roast everything at 200°C for 25–30 minutes or until the mici are cooked through and the potatoes turn crispy. A hearty dish, perfect for family dinners.
