Cooking instructions

Take the mici out of the fridge 15 minutes before grilling.

Heat the grill thoroughly, preferably over an even bed of coals.

Place the mici on the hot grill without pressing them.

Grill for about 6–8 minutes per side, turning gently with tongs until browned and fully cooked.

Serve hot with mustard, bread, and pickles.
